Service Cancellation Policy
At Shiny Maid Cleaning, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure quality service and efficient scheduling, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. No cancellation fee will be applied in these cases.
2. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the service.
3. Cancellation due to demonstrable urgency or force majeure: No cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is due to a demonstrable urgency (such as a medical emergency) or force majeure (such as natural disasters, power outages, etc.). In such cases, we request that you provide us with the corresponding documentation in order to proceed with the waiver of charges.
4. Rescheduling Appointments:bIf you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date and time of service. Reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to charges on a case-by-case basis.
5. No-show: If you are not present at the scheduled location and have not notified the company at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered a no-show and a charge of 50% of the cost of the service will apply.
6. Methods of Notification: Cancellations and rescheduling can be notified through our customer service number, email or via our company’s online booking platform.
7. Refund Policy:Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, provided payment has been made prior to the service. Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
